In its tenth edition, the Platinum Contact Center Awards in Madrid rewarded excellence in the sector. inConcert received the award for Best IT Integration Project for the work developed with Collecta-Diagonal Recobros.
The Platinum Contact Center Awards gala celebrated its tenth anniversary by bringing together once again the best of the contact center and customer experience industry in Spain.
The event, organized by Contact Center Hub and the communication group Peldaño, was held on Wednesday June 26th at the Teatro Goya in Madrid. It was a very pleasant summer evening where more than 300 professionals from the sector gathered and 18 companies were awarded along with their clients in different areas related to technology, innovation and customer service.
inConcert was among the awarded companies. With great joy we received the Best IT Integration Project Award with our client Collecta-Diagonal Recobros, with whom we worked in Madrid and Barcelona developing an integration project of inConcert with its own CRM.
