With almost 25 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Tomé Ferreira is the new Business Development Director for inConcert France. The company, manufacturer of software for contact centers, bets on a profile of extensive experience in the sector, which will give continuity to its expansion in the French-speaking market, which began 3 years ago and has already reaped numerous successes.
Ferreira will be in charge of increasing the client portfolio, as well as consolidating inConcert's presence in all French-speaking countries where it is already present.
He started his career in the industry as a telemarketer, but soon began to acquire positions of responsibility and management in various contact center platforms, both in the technical and operational area. In addition, he has been for 5 years at the head of his own customer relationship consultancy.
