Nunsys joins inConcert’s partner ecosystem

inConcert’s alliance program, led by Julia Morales in Spain, presents three new collaboration categories and a new portal for partners to access to resources, programs, and tools.

inConcert has reached a partnership agreement with Nunsys, a leading company in the Spanish market for comprehensive ICT solutions, to offer the most complete portfolio of solutions for contact centers on the market. Through this agreement,Nunsys will make inConcert tools available to its clients to improve operational performance, service quality, and customer loyalty while reducing costs.

This alliance welcomes Nunsys to inConcert’s partner ecosystem, which will take on the role of preferred technological facilitator for companies and organizations. This agreement therefore expands the influence of both companies and gives Nunsys’ clients access to our comprehensive Contact Center platform.

A collaboration based on shared visions

Incorporating Nunsys as a preferred partner responds to inConcert’s desire to continue working with independent professionals and expert customer service companies to create joint business value in this new phase of the program. Immersed in a volatile and dynamic business context, inConcert’s Partner Program has been redesigned so its members can take off, grow and achieve success in a stable and sustained way over time.

“The speed with which Nunsys is expanding in the market has not made it lose touch with the client, one of inConcert’s fundamental values. This shared nature has undoubtedly been a key factor for our collaboration”, explains Julia Morales, Channel Account Manager at inConcert, responsible for the development and relaunch the partner program in Spain. She adds, “We started collaborating with Nunsys in November 2021, trying to find points of synergy and joint growth, to ensure the partnership was based on clear bases of cooperation that would be enriching for both parties.”

In addition to strengthening Nunsys’ portfolio, the joint value commitment lies in promoting innovation and developing innovative solutions with artificial intelligence (AI).

Both inConcert and Nunsys share a disruptive vocation and have specific solution development units based on AI. These units aim to take full advantage of massive and automated data analysis’s potential to meet the particular needs of multi-sector clients.

Benefits of the program

inConcert’s partner program adapts to the capabilities and companies and professionals and fosters engagement across multiple business phases. Three collaboration profiles are made available to do so: Referral, Sales and Tech Partners.

inConcert has also developed the Partner Portal to promote joint business evolution. This portal is the gateway for partners to all the resources, programs, and tools to make the most of the experience. Partners will be able to access the PRM (Partner Relationship Management) system to manage some or all instances of the sales cycle. They will also have access to the learning platform to promote knowledge generation and transfer between inConcert and its partners, and the portal will provide partner support.
