From April 9 to 11, the Stratégie Clients fair, the most important event of the Contact Center industry in France, was held in Paris. It was a great opportunity for experts in our sector to meet and exchange innovative tools to enhance the customer experience and customer contact points.
Stratégie Clients was held at the Paris Expo at Porte de Versailles in parallel to the E-marketing Paris show, giving thousands of visitors a complete overview of customer acquisition and loyalty techniques and technologies. It was an intense three days of conferences, networking and lots of activity in the exhibition hall. The focus of the 2019 edition was "relational intelligence": how to enrich the experience of an increasingly demanding and attentive customer, making good use of artificial intelligence and combining multiple contact channels.
The inConcert team participated once again with a high-tech booth presenting our all-in-one omnichannel solution. "After having launched last year the Marketing & Sales solution, linking marketing and sales, this time we focused on the entire customer lifecycle" explained Priscillia Oscoso, Marketing & Communication Manager at inConcert France. "We are presenting a solution that concentrates all the technology that may be needed to improve the customer experience: marketing, sales, customer service, service desk and collections. This ability to manage the entire customer cycle from a single platform is something truly innovative in the market."
Once again this year, the Stratégie Clients fair gave us a good overview of the latest trends in Customer Experience, encouraging us to continue innovating at every step of contact with customers.
