inConcert is included in Frost & Sullivan's "Frost Radar" as one of the top contact center solutions in Europe

International consulting firm Frost & Sullivan included inConcert in its Frost Radar™ 2020, a study highlighting the top Contact Center as a Service companies in Europe.

International consulting firm Frost & Sullivan included inConcert in its Frost Radar™ 2020, a study highlighting the top Contact Center as a Service companies in Europe.

After analyzing more than 150 companies in the sector according to various parameters linked to technological innovation and growth, Frost & Sullivan selected 19 companies, including inConcert, one of the best positioned on the innovation radar.

This recognition ratifies inConcert as a leader in technology solutions in the industry. In December 2020 inConcert received the Enabling Technology Leadership Award from Frost & Sullivan, having been awarded for excellence in best practices also in 2016 and 2017.

In its 2020 radar, Frost & Sullivan highlights the market share achieved by inConcert in Spain and its differential by offering professional services in consulting, management and mentoring.
