Francisco Bas presents inConcert’s omnichannel Bot at CX Day Argentina

Francisco Bas of inConcert, a Platinum Sponsor at CX Day Argentina 2022, hosted a presentation on the problem-solving capabilities of Conversational Bots.

Buenos Aires welcomed the inConcert team on Wednesday June 22 to this year’s CX Day Argentina, LATAM’s largest series of Customer Experience events in the region and organized by the well-known CX Events. With a focus on multiexperience, this was a hybrid event, with a full-house live auditorium and thousands of virtual attendees from across the world.

inConcert participated as a proud Platinum Sponsor, with a virtual kiosk and a live presentation on Conversational Bots given by Francisco Bas, our Head of Sales Latam.

A bot that resolves

“For inConcert, Customer Experience is to RESOLVE”, Francisco began. “That’s why the value of the bot is not only centered on customer response but goes that extra mile to actually resolve any issues the customer may have.” During his presentation, Francisco evaluated the benefits of implementing intelligent bots in customer service, sales processes, and post-sale services.

Mauricio Lázaro, the AI Applications Manager at inConcert, was on hand to delve deeper into the hot topic of information security. Connecting live from Spain, Mauricio described the security standards and policies of use that our chatbots follow, so that companies can start building their bots with a guarantee of compliance to international regulations and standards.
