Enable access to contents
Enable the visitor to download free content offered in the web site and blog subscription for the delivery through electronic means of newly published contents. In this case, inConcert will also use the visitor's data to keep it informed, even through electronic means, about inConcert's products, services, contents and news. The data handled with this end will be kept until the visitor withdraws the consent.

Enable visitors to register to attend events, hosted by inConcert or sponsored, and other events of which the inConcert Group participates. In such case, inConcert will also use the visitor's data to keep it informed, even through electronic means, about inConcert's products, services, contents, and news. The data handled with this end will be kept until the visitor withdraws the consent.
The web site visitor knows and accepts that the requests of more information, product demonstrations, download of free content and subscription to the blog are compulsorily conditioned to the whole initial acceptance of the ends stated previously. In case of not accepting such conditions, the visitor must abstain from completing the forms offered in the Web Site with the previously stated ends.
The legal base to handle the specified data from the previous point is the consent of the interested/applicant.
The only addressee of the data is inConcert, accordingly to what has been stipulated in the previously stated ends.
inConcert will not transfer the data provided by the Web Site visitors to third parties in any way, being the only use and handle of the data, the detailed in point 4.
The visitor can exercise its access rights before inConcert; rectification; suppression; handling limitation; data portability; opposition and not to be object to individual automated decisions, including profile elaboration. In such way, in the visitor's data handling which legitimization is based in the consent given by the visitor, the visitor has the right to withdraw such consent at any time, without affecting the request based in the consent previous to its withdrawal.
