The most important contact center event in Spain once again brought together industry leaders for a memorable evening.
The twelfth edition of the Platinum Contact Center Awards, the most important awards ceremony of the sector in Spain, organized by Contact Center Hub and Grupo Peldaño, was held on June 30. The long-awaited gala, which brought together the main players in the contact center and customer experience industry after a complex year, was held at the Teatro Goya in Madrid.
inConcert received the Platinum Award as the Best Technology Company of 2021, the category that closed the evening. In total, nineteen awards were presented in recognition of service excellence and technological innovation in the sector, as defined by a jury of experts.
For inConcert it is an honor to be awarded once again by the Platinum Awards, after the awards for technology projects that we received in past editions. "Receiving this award, after what we have experienced this past year, is doubly gratifying and recognizes the effort of an entire industry and ours in particular to remain close to our customers despite the distance", said Andrea Gómez, Client Director of inConcert.
In addition to the awards, the gala was an opportunity for leading companies in the sector to meet again after long months of virtual meetings. Executives and professionals had the opportunity to exchange visions and future projects, always with innovation as the driving force.
