inConcert, awarded with the Best BPO Project Award with its client Abante for the RENTA 2017

inConcert, Abante BPO and the Tax Agency have been awarded in the 9th edition of the PlatinumContact Center Awards, awards consolidated in the sector for their independence and prestige, which recognize quality in Customer Experience and technological innovation. More than 400 professionals of the Spanish business network were witnesses of this award ceremony that took place in a Gala full of emotion, nerves and charm.

The Best BPO Project award given at the Platinum CC Awards 2018 organized by Contact Center magazine went to inConcert and Abante BPO for the RENTA 2017 project.

Sebastian Davidsohn, Business Development Director of inConcert Europe, Mercedes Vázquez, Operations Director of Abante BPO and Tina Domínguez, head of support services at the Tax Agency, accepted the award.

Sebastian Davidsohn said: "This year we were sure that the submitted project was a strong candidate for this award. What makes it unique is its level of demand (it is a public service) and the volumes of data it handles; a 100% inbound, cloud-based service with over 1.5 million calls handled in just 3 months and involving over 700 concurrent agents".
