Once again, inConcert receives international recognition as one of the leading companies in Cloud solutions for Contact Centers. "inConcert has the best regional performance on the Frost Radar™," the report states.

inConcert was among the leaders of the contact center industry in Latin America, in Frost & Sullivan's Frost Radar™: Latin American Cloud Contact Center Market 2021 report. The international consultancy published its renowned study, which evaluates the main companies in the sector based on two key vectors: innovation and sustained growth. The companies included in the Frost Radar™ are those that "are consistently developing new growth strategies based on a visionary understanding of the future and a proven ability to effectively address emerging challenges and opportunities."

After analyzing several suppliers from all over South America, Frost & Sullivan placed inConcert in a privileged place on the radar. "inConcert has the best regional performance in Frost Radar™, and its placement among the top suppliers is noteworthy," says Juan Manuel González , Research Director at Frost & Sullivan. Among inConcert's success factors in the region, analysts noted "its comprehensive technology portfolio, deep verticalization, and ability to deliver complementary on-premises and cloud-based solutions (both using the same code base)."
