Last Tuesday, January 29th, inConcert participated in Google's Performance Council Board, a breakfast meeting that brought together the best performance agencies in Mexico and representatives of leading technology companies.
How does inConcert see the Colombian market today?
The event was held at the Rufino Tamayo Museum in Mexico City in order to address the latest performance trends, exchange positive experiences and review best practices in the digital marketing industry.
We had the opportunity to share our expertise in the talk given by Julio Guridi, Vice President of Marketing and Sales at inConcert. Guridi gave a presentation on technology applied to performance challenges and analyzed the success case of Convertia, a performance oriented marketing agency, which uses inConcert's Marketing and Sales and Omnichannel Contact Center solutions for lead generation and tracking.
The Performance Council Board was an excellent opportunity to learn firsthand the vision of major global technology companies, starting with the opening remarks by Mariate Arnal, Director of Google Mexico. Google's Retail sector leader, Juan Carlos Gómez, spoke about Omnichannel and told how the Internet giant is focusing in this direction. We also heard from Uber about their performance needs and their experience working in-house.
At the end, a dynamic discussion was held to share the current challenges facing the industry and the innovative solutions to be further developed. Undoubtedly, it is these meetings that enhance innovation through dialogue and exchange.
